About our Roast

• Only Indonesian chilled meat procured from wet market daily.

• Meat is processed on the same day of purchase and marinated for at least 24 hours before roasting.

• We DO NOT use dry rubs. We painstakingly grate our ingredients fresh daily. The fibres from our spices is evident in our roast. They are NOT hair but burnt fibres.

• No MSG, no sugar, and we use sea salt, not heavily processed table salt.

• Must reheat when received as we cool the meat before packing to reduce water droplets and condensation in packaging.

• Reheating instructions is pasted on the box.

1. Oven / Toaster / Airfryer Only

2. Temperature: 180 - 200 deg C

3. Time: 10-15 mins

4. Pls reheat longer at higher temp if taken out from the fridge

5. Heat up before cutting

• Your package comes in 3 or 4 strips. We do not chop up into small pcs due to the following reasons:

1. customize your own serving size

2. easy reheating before cutting up

3. easy storage for leftovers

4. retains juiciness better during delivery and heating up

• Each box is approx 550g with all its content, meat is abt 680g before roasting.

• Sweet chilli and smooth mild mustard as dipping sauce for more varied tastes but please eat a few pcs in its original marinate 1st.

• Lastly, we have blind tasted so many if not all competitors to know we have the best and one of a kind marinate around. Not forgetting the airy crispy skin.

• 1 box is good for 4 pax if you have another side with a staple (you can order our cold pasta).

About our Trio Roe Cold Pasta

• Pasta choice is Angel's hair. Boiled in water and cold bath in water. Not shrimp broth.

• Fresh mid size tiger prawns are boiled, gutted and cleansed.

• Green, Orange and Black tobiko are from Japan.

• Seasoning has a tinge of yuzu and truffle oil. Please enquire more if you have any allergy concern.

• To be eaten cold. Keep refrigerated until you want to consume it. Consume by the next day.

• Kids friendly

• 1 box is good for 2 pax

Is our roast deep fried?

• ABSOLUTELY NO, we know of people deep frying their roast to achieve crispy skin and locking in the moisture or introducing 'moisture/oil' into the already sinful pork belly.

• We are all about using the healthiest method and ingredients for our food and not compromise on the taste. Absolutely kids friendly and confinement food approved (we sent the list of ingredients to a confinement lady as requested by our customer and she approves it)
